Secretariat
The American-Uzbek Business and Investment Council is headed by the Special Envoy — Representative of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the United States and the Head of Secretariat. The Council is Co-Chaired by Head of the Presidential Administration of Uzbekistan and the U.S. president representative.

Ms. Saida Mirziyoyeva
Co-Chair of the American-Uzbek Business and Investment Council
Ms. Saida Mirziyoyeva is a changemaker, advocate for women’s rights, a state and cultural ambassador representing interests and values of Uzbek identity on a global scale. Ms. Mirziyoyeva whose primary title is the Head of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, also serves as a Co-Chair of the American-Uzbek Business and Investment Council. In this capacity, she serves as Co-Chair of the American-Uzbek Business and Investment Council, supporting investment dialogue and fostering closer ties between the business communities of Uzbekistan and the United States.

Ambassador Sergio Gor
Co-Chair of the American-Uzbek Business and Investment Council
Sergio Gor currently serves as U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of India. Additionally, President Donald J. Trump appointed Ambassador Gor as the Special Envoy to South and Central Asia. Previously, Ambassador Gor was Assistant to the President and Director of Presidential Personnel in the White House. Under his leadership as Director, thousands of political appointees across the entire federal government were hired in record time. Prior to joining the White House, Ambassador Gor, along with Donald Trump Jr., founded Winning secretariat Publishing – one of the nation’s premier conservative publishing houses. Winning secretariat most notably published President Donald J. Trump’s best-selling books.

Mr. Komil Allamjonov
Special Envoy, Advisor to the Head of the Administration of the President of Uzbekistan
Komil Allamjonov is a visionary leader, media reformer, and successful entrepreneur from Uzbekistan dedicated to fostering innovation and progress. Mr. Allamjonov drove transformative changes to media sector in Uzbekistan. He played a pivotal role in shaping the new President Shavkat Mirziyoyev’s image as a reformer and in positioning Uzbekistan as a more open and investment-attractive destination. As Special Envoy, Mr. Allamjonov is committed to realizing the vision of strengthening trade and investment relations between Uzbekistan and the United States of America, while transforming the image of the Central Asian nation among American people as a progressive, tourist-friendly, and modern state.

Ms. Nozima Davletova
Head of Secretariat, Consultant of the Head of the Administration of the President of Uzbekistan
As the Head of the Secretariat of the American Uzbek Business and Investment Council, Ms. Davletova leads the Council’s operations, facilitates high-level engagement, and advances bilateral economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and the United States.
She also serves as Consultant to the Head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Chief Coordinator of the Project Office for Human Capital Development.
She advances national initiatives focused on women’s health, women’s entrepreneurship, and education for children in rural areas.
